Buffer is very affordable and practically the only scheduling solution allowing posting to all four social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram) via their API. You can sign up for Buffer for free for up to 3 networks.
Hubspot is ideal if you're already on their platform. The integration allows you to post content through your existing setup and social media profile connections, so you can continue to use Hubspot's social media analytics.
We create original content that will work well across all platforms and format each post for every network, including adjustments to image resolution, hashtags and length of the post.
You can use any choice of networks, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or Linkedin. Up to all 4 on our Business and Growth plans.
If your plan has 12 posts and you use 4 networks, you'll get 48 versions published. If you use 3 networks, you'll get 36 actual versions created.

We partnered with Buffer to offer you a hands-off, fully managed content creation and publishing service. Buffer is the only social media scheduling tool that allows us to connect to your client's social media profiles (all of them!) via a secure API (Application Programming Interface). This means we can completely manage the whole content creation and publishing process for you, saving you an incredible amount of time and effort, while never having direct access to your client's social media accounts.
You can continue using your tools on the side, but MixBloom requires a Buffer account to handle all content publishing for you. If you'd like to continue using your tool for publishing you can easily download all the content we create for you and post it with your tool, or manually to each social network.

We'll start with a strategy session to agree on a strategy for each of your brands. From then, we'll communicate primarily via email. We'll be in touch every two weeks, which means you'll have plenty of opportunities to share feedback and guide our team as you see fit.
Yes, you can share any files with us (via Google Drive or Dropbox, or over email). As part of the onboarding process we ask for any assets you might have (logo, brand colors, images). We'll use these to create original graphics, following your preferences.

Our onboarding process is simple! You simply add the client information into our dashboard and we will begin creating content for you.
We only require access to your Buffer account for posting. MixBloom will never need your client’s social media login credentials, this is information your agency will gather and connect to Buffer.
You can pause content creation at any time! For cancellations we require 30 days notice.
Billing will be 14 days after your date of sign-up and repeat monthly. If you have a preferred date for billing we can manually adjust it for you.

Yes and no. Our service is best suited for agencies that already have a strategy in place for their clients. You’ll be working with our Lead Content Manager, Jessica, who has deep expertise in social media and can help you shape your strategy and ensure that your dedicated Social Media Manager is on the same page when they create your content. We do not offer additional training or consulting, but we do regularly post to our blog and social media accounts a wide range of educational info about all aspects of social media marketing. No, we only create and publish organic social media posts.
As we get you onboarded, our Lead Content Manager Jessica will send you a guideline of how we'll plan your content calendar. Your dedicated Social Media Manager will submit content to you and your client on the 5th and 20th of every month, and then after approvals they will schedule them for the following two weeks.
We ask that you submit any assets and requests no later than five days before 5th or 20th, to give your Social Media Manager plenty of time to create the best possible content, make any requested edits or amends, and get it scheduled on time.
Our agency partners normally add a few clients a month, which we can always accommodate with our team of 23 (and counting) full time Social Media Managers. If you, for whatever reason, are expecting an unusual influx of clients, just let us know, and give us a couple of weeks so we can make sure our team is ready to handle it.
We'll optimize each piece of content to each network, but the content itself will remain the same; so for example we'll make the copy shorter or longer as needed, resize images and videos according to each platform’s standard sizing, or add more hashtags on Instagram and less hashtags on Twitter. You can select which of the networks we should post on.
It's very easy to keep us informed because you’ll be working with two people: Our Lead Content Manager, who will help you strategize and optimize your processes, and with your Social Media Manager on the actual content creation. Typically we'll use Google Drive so you can easily share all of your assets, newsletters, flyers, etc. We can go through all of your existing material, do our own research, and pull what we need to create your content. And because you'll be working with our small team long-term, we can really get to know your business and needs, so the process will get even easier over time.
The white label dashboard has two modes: the Agency View and the Client View.
The Agency View is only visible to you and the MixBloom team and has several features: Client Notes, Feedback, Billing, Scheduling and more.
The Client View shows them the simplified version of the dashboard so they can quickly review and approve the content, or provide feedback to your Social Media Manager. It also features your agency's logo and brand colors.
