Can I check everything you write before it goes live?

Yes, whenever your content is ready, we’ll send you a reminder via email so you can log into MixBloom and review and approve all content before it goes out.

Which social media networks do you create content for?

We focus on creating original content for Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram.

Do you adapt the graphics and captions for each social network?

We will optimize the captions, graphics, and hashtags for each platform. The topic of the content will stay the same on all 4 platforms.

I already have a social media scheduling tool, can you use mine?

We partnered with Buffer to offer you a hands-off, fully managed content creation and publishing service. Buffer is the only social media scheduling tool that allows us to connect to your client's social media profiles (all of them!) via a secure API (Application Programming Interface). This means we can completely manage the whole content creation and publishing process for you, saving you an incredible amount of time and effort, while never having direct access to your client's social media accounts.

You can continue using your tools on the side, but MixBloom requires a Buffer account to handle all content publishing for you. If you'd like to continue using your tool for publishing you can easily download all the content we create for you and import it and publish it with your own tool, though it shouldn't be needed.

Do you provide community management or engagement services?

No, we don't provide this at the moment.

Is the billing done at the start of every month?

Billing will be 7 days after your date of sign-up and repeat monthly. If you have a preferred date for billing we can manually adjust it for you.

Is the content tailored for specific business types/niches? i.e. eCommerce?

For any and all clients we will research and learn about your industry to ensure we are creating content that is relative to your niche.

What access will you require from us and/or our clients?

We only require access to your Buffer account for posting. MixBloom will never need your client’s social media login credentials, this is information your agency will gather and connect to Buffer.

Can the client campaign be stopped at any time?

You can pause content creation at any time! For cancellations we require 30 days notice.

Are there any other costs with getting started?

Your agency will be responsible for setting up an agency Buffer account. This costs typically between $18/$24/mo per client.

Are you able to make a custom package to suit our clients needs?

We typically stick to our packages listing under our pricing page. If you are in need of a custom package please reach out to us!

Do you create social media content for marketing agencies themselves?

Absolutely! We typically recommend starting with adding your own agency so you can get a feel for how the MixBloom process works.

Is there an extra charge to implement white label on my domain?

There is no extra charge to set up your white label domain. Once your account is set up we will guide you through the steps to set it up.

Would you be able to create content for technology topics such as servers, workstations , datacenters?

Absolutely! We can create content for any niche and any industry.

Why should I hire a white label agency instead of hiring internally?

Working with an outside partner saves time and money and gives access to several experienced professionals who can get the most out of social media. 

On the other hand, hiring an internal social media team comes with its perks too. It provides more opportunities for digital agencies to develop personalized social media strategies and shape them as they go along.

However, hiring a Social Media Manager internally is expensive when considering hiring costs, employee perks, pensions, equipment etc. 

What do you use as a social media scheduler?

Our white label scheduling and approvals dashboard securely connects with Buffer as an exclusive API partner. You'll connect all of your client's social accounts to your own agency's Buffer account and then we'll manage the actual posting. This ensures we can post all types of content to all of your client's social networks, including Instagram. Meta and X are very restrictive with API access and this would be impossible with any other scheduling tool or partner. The additional advantage for you is that you handle connections to your client social network profiles via Buffer and never directly share passwords with us.

Is it important to get high-quality images from my clients for their social media?

While it is not essential, we highly recommend taking the time to compile photo assets to help our writers create content. The higher quality the image, the higher quality the post.

Do you do social media advertising as well?

No, we only create and publish organic social media posts.

How many clients can you manage?

Our agency partners normally add a few clients a month, which we can always accommodate with our team of 23 (and counting) full time Social Media Managers. If you, for whatever reason, are expecting an unusual influx of clients, just let us know, and give us a couple of weeks so we can make sure our team is ready to handle it.

Can you make unique content for each network?

We'll optimize each piece of content to each network, but the content itself will remain the same; so for example we'll make the copy shorter or longer as needed, resize images and videos according to each platform’s standard sizing, or add more hashtags on Instagram and less hashtags on Twitter. You can select which of the networks we should post on.

How do I keep my social media manager in the loop with my client's upcoming events and news?

It's very easy to keep us informed because you’ll be working with two people: Our Lead Content Manager, who will help you strategize and optimize your processes, and with your Social Media Manager on the actual content creation. Typically we'll use Google Drive so you can easily share all of your assets, newsletters, flyers, etc. We can go through all of your existing material, do our own research, and pull what we need to create your content. And because you'll be working with our small team long-term, we can really get to know your business and needs, so the process will get even easier over time.

How easy is the onboarding process for adding our clients into your platform, and what does that look like?

Our onboarding process is simple! You simply add the client information into our dashboard and we will begin creating content for you.

When you say you'll post up to 4 different networks, does this mean you'll change the actual post graphics/captions for each social network?

We optimize copy for each platform, meaning we will adjust the hashtags and portions of the text to make sure it will perform on all platforms.

Can you please tell me if your pricing is in Canadian Dollars or US Dollars?

Our pricing is listed in USD.

Can we still create, schedule and post through the white label scheduler that you set up for us in addition to the posts you create?

Absolutely! You can use the scheduler at the same time as us to have additional posts scheduled out.

How does MixBloom ensure that it has the necessary images for successful social media posts?

We ask that our agency partners work with their clients to obtain high-quality photos. If no photos are provided, we will use stock imagery.

When it comes to actually posting, do you send the content to us so that we can schedule it through our own automator, or is that something that you do as well?

We will schedule and post everything for you. We use Buffer as our posting tool; our white label dashboard is built off of Buffer. Basically, you'll connect all of your social channels to Buffer and then we'll manage the actual posting. Our system automatically posts everything except for video. We manually post those to make sure they go out as reels. Then your dedicated Social Media Manager will double check your accounts to make sure everything posted correctly and on time!

How does planning my content calendar work, and how much notice do you need for last minute posts?

As we get you onboarded, our Lead Content Manager Jessica will send you a guideline of how we'll plan your content calendar. Your dedicated Social Media Manager will submit content to you and your client on the 5th and 20th of every month, and then after approvals they will schedule them for the following two weeks.

We ask that you submit any assets and requests no later than five days before 5th or 20th, to give your Social Media Manager plenty of time to create the best possible content, make any requested edits or amends, and get it scheduled on time.

What niches do you create content for?

We can handle any and all niches. Our process includes a thorough analysis and research of clients.

Do you have a free trial?

Yes, you can try our service for free for 7 days. During this period you'll receive a first batch of content and get access to our white label dashboard to try first hand all features of the MixBloom platform.

How many posts will you create?

We create original content that will work well across all platforms and format each post for every network, including adjustments to image resolution, hashtags and length of the post.You can use any choice of networks, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or Linkedin. Up to all 4 on our Business and Growth plans.If your plan has 12 posts and you use 4 networks, you'll get 48 versions published. If you use 3 networks, you'll get 36 actual versions created.

What kind of posts do you create?

We create original social media content that positions your brand as an expert in its field, showcases products and trends, drives engagement on social media and/or traffic towards your website.All content includes scroll-stopping, engaging original graphics, created just for you, and extended supporting copy and captions.

Is this completely white label?

Yes, we are completely invisible to your clients. We have created an easy dashboard for you to present all content for approval to your clients using your own brand and domain name. Find out more about our white label social media management services.

Who will create the content?

Our team is made up of talented social media managers and content creators in the US, Canada, UK, with experience creating engaging designs and captions, specifically for social media. They're both great designers and talented copywriters.

Every new client is assigned to one of our team members (see our About page) who will take the time to get to know the brand, their target market, customer personas, brand personality and branding guidelines. We strive to create content that is always on-brand and of the highest quality.

We work with our agency partners to deliver original, well-researched, custom-designed social media content for their clients, content that aligns with their target audience and creates affinity and connection between the brand and their customers

How do we communicate with the MixBloom team?

We'll start with a strategy session to agree on a strategy for each of your brands. From then, we'll communicate primarily via email. We'll be in touch every two weeks, which means you'll have plenty of opportunities to share feedback and guide our team as you see fit.

Can we share ideas, photos, or assets for content?

Yes, you can share any files with us (via Google Drive or Dropbox, or over email). As part of the onboarding process we ask for any assets you might have (logo, brand colors, images). We'll use these to create original graphics, following your preferences.

Who is MixBloom's ideal agency partner?

MixBloom works with all agencies, but finds the most success with agencies that work with service based clients.

What are the benefits of white label social media management?

There are many benefits to white label social media management.

It’s a big time-saver! Managing social media isn’t a straightforward task. A lot of effort and time is needed to get it just right.

Do you also create carousels, GIFs, or Stories?

No, we focus on creating high quality, in-feed posts with original copy, graphics, optionally video and reels. We believe this is what 90% of brands really need on social media. We don't dismiss the value of other formats, but since we can't create and deliver them at the level of quality and with the user experience we want to be able to offer, for the moment we don't offer them.

Do you also create video posts and reels?

Yes! We create custom video content for all social platforms featuring your own footage or a combination of stock footage and graphic elements. See our Plans with Video (check the switch above our price plans) that include reels and video posts.

What assets (logos, product images, fonts etc.) will you require from our clients? Do you use stock images?

We can create content with no assets, but we recommend having your client provide their logos and brand guide. We can use stock images, client assets, or both depending on your preference and how much content you can get from your clients.

What industries has your team had success in managing?

Our team has had success managing a wide range of industries! Everything from real estate to data centers to e-commerce. We are open to taking any clients that are not extremely technical. A good rule of thumb is if you can hire someone to write a blog for your client, we should be able to handle the account.

Is there a category listing and would I be able to review your current clients/content?

How is the content published to my clients' social media accounts?

We've partnered with Buffer to allow you to post content automatically to your social media accounts, without a direct connection to MixBloom.Buffer is very affordable and practically the only scheduling solution allowing posting to all four social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram) via their API. You can sign up for Buffer for free for up to 3 networks.

Does MixBloom service U.S. companies?

Yes, most of our clients are in the U.S.

Does the customer get access to the white label portal for approvals? What does their dashboard look like?

Yes! They will have a custom white label URL to review and approve content. Their dashboard view will be customized with your brand logo and colors - below are your agency view of the dashboard, and the client's view.
