What kind of posts do you create?
We create social media content that positions your client as an expert in its field, showcases products and trends, drives engagement and traffic towards your client’s website. We create original text and image based posts, as well as posts recommending quality third party content, including articles and videos. We also write questions that drive engagement and feedback from followers.
Can I check everything you write before it goes live?
Yes, whenever your content is ready, we’ll send you a reminder via email so you can log into MixBloom and review and approve all content before it goes out.
What is the strategy session for?
We start working with a new brand/client after holding a call with you (or your team) to gain a full understanding of the brand, its positioning and ideal customer profiles. We’ll brainstorm content topics and provide a strategy document as the output of the workshop.
Is this completely white label?
Yes, we are completely invisible to your clients, if you want us to be. We have crated an easy dashboard for you to present all content for approval to your clients using your own brand and domain name.
Do you write blog articles too?
Yes, your Social Media Manager can coordinate the work of our writers to prepare original 1,000+ words blog articles, starting from keyword research, suggesting titles and preparing a content calendar. Articles are proof read and edited by professional editors, we add royalty free images and prepare them for publishing too!
Do you offer any guarantees?

How is the content published to my client's social media accounts?
We've partnered with Buffer and Hubspot to allow you to post content automatically to your clients' social media accounts, without a direct connection to MixBloom. This ensures you and your client are the only ones with access to the social media accounts and that we're not visible in any way to your client.
Buffer is very affordable and practically the only scheduling solution allowing posting to all four social media networks (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram) via their API. You can sign up
for a single account for your agency (paid) or an account for each of your clients (free for up to 3 networks, or $15/month for 4 or more - we recommend this).
Hubspot is ideal if you're a Hubspot partner and/or your client is on Hubspot. The integration allows you to post content through your existing setup, so you can continue to use Hubspot's social media analytics.
How do we communicate with the MixBloom team?
We'll start with a strategy session to agree on a strategy for each of your brands. From then, we'll communicate primarily via email. We'll be in touch every two weeks, which means you'll have plenty of opportunities to share feedback and guide our team as you see fit.
Can we share ideas, photos, or assets for content?
Yes, we work with a shared Google Drive you can use to share client assets (logo, brand colors, images). We'll use these assets to create original images. If you don't have any, we'll use royalty free stock photography or images from a library of your choice and that the client has rights for.
Who will create the content?
Our team is made up of qualified professionals with proven social media experience. We vet them and train them to work with our tools and within our processes. The majority of our team is US-based but some are in the UK and Europe as well.
We assign a dedicated team member to your agency and brands and the same person will take care of the whole process - creating content, dealing with feedback and change requests.
