I've always been drawn to two things that don't usually go together: creative work and the systems that make it sustainable. My career has taken a few turns. I started in fashion and sales before moving into marketing and branding agencies, where I worked with Brand Union, Latitude, and Brand Pie on campaigns for brands like Vodafone and Marriott. Each chapter shaped how I think. It's also where I started paying close attention to how agencies do their best work, and what gets in the way. Social media delivery was one of the clearest examples. Not because it's hard, but because it's almost never set up to scale. Consistency slips. Margins erode. Teams absorb the chaos quietly, until they can't. Ten years ago, I started MixBloom to do it differently. MixBloom is a white-label social media partner for established agencies, built around clear strategy, reliable execution, and systems that actually hold up as you grow. We protect the agency-client relationship while taking operational pressure off the teams running it. Today we work with over 200 agencies, and I'm still just as interested in getting this right as I was at the start. What I think about most is the people. How agencies can grow without grinding down the humans inside them. How a team can do their best work when the structure supports them. How clarity, margins, and quality of life can coexist, because I've seen what happens when they don't. I built MixBloom and a family at the same time, three kids alongside a growing business. It's shaped how I think about growth, not just in business, but in life.
