Quick Answer Key: Billing is processed on the 15th of each month, with prorated charges for any new clients added.

Billing is processed on the 15th of each month. If you add a new client in the MixBloom dashboard, a prorated charge will be applied automatically as begin working on content right away. Please reach out to raina@mixbloom.com if you have any billing questions.
